Virus Magnet = Pape'

Sometimes I just don't understand my sweet husband. I just spent $250.00 to fix his computer and put a new virus protector on it about 2 1/2 months ago. The tech explained to him that there were certain sites that would try to put a false virus protector on his machine. We explained to him that he should not open all the emails/spam he gets but he did! Now he is sitting in front of his computer looking/staring at the startup screen. 
Yes, he is wearing a heavy coat and hat in a house that is at 75 degrees. What am I going to do with this man?
