Hello, my name is Charlene and I am a scrap hoarder.

I have a scrap problem which is leading to a WINE problem! The wine makes the scrap pile look smaller.
February's scrap goal was to cut as much as I could using the 10"; 2.5"; 1.5"; and 2.5" by 4.5" dies for the Go Big. I now have full bins of those pieces except for the 2.5" by 4.5" bin.
Now it is time to make a goal for March concerning my scraps. The Go Big went home to DD#1 and I loaned my Go to Glenda so using those to cut is out for at least 2 weeks.
Just a few of those bags

First, I need to gather up all the plastic bags of pieces/scraps that are hanging around and begin sorting them.
Secondly, making Reva blocks is one of my March goals. It uses 1.5" strips cut at various lengths combined with squares and triangles.
Thirdly, I need more 2.5" by 4.5" bricks.

Thinking hard about this goal.
I think my goal for March will be to fill my Reva bins with the proper size strips. 1.5" by 2.5"; 1.5" by 3 5/8"; 1.5" by 6 5/8"; along with 4" squares cut diagonally twice; 4.5" square cut diagonally once; and 3 5/8" squares for the centers from those bags. Then use these pieces to make at least 10 Reva Blocks. I  call them Reva Blocks b/c Ms. Reva showed me the pattern.
Block #7
Block 7 is done! Ready for block 8.
Off to the studio to cut scraps and maybe sew on a Secret Project or 2.
Lator Gators.
Blogging helps me the way a diary did when I was younger. Only now having others comment about what I write helps validate my "crazy" thoughts.
