Sewing Goals:
I decided to just focus on 3 projects and stash management. I am feeling under the weather and am having trouble concentrating.
The good news is (1) that 6 more Trash/Strings big blocks have been made so I just have 3 more to do before I sew flimsy together. & (2) I have a final pattern for graduation quilt 1 (Crowns). It is fairly simple with lots of room for quilting or embroidery.
1) Gift/Charity Project - Work on laptop bag. Just have to iron fusibles on various parts and sew.
3) PhD - Trash/ Strings (JL #10) - Make 3 big blocks (7/10) (DONE 10/10) and sew flimsy center together. Then decide about border(s).
4) Stalled Project - Cut 10" and 5" squares for graduation quilt #1.
6) Stash Management/Organization

- Limit purchases - 0 yards needed unless more burgandy/browns or lime/royal are found.
- Spend 5 minutes organizing - Gather fabric for graduation quilt 1 and cut into 5", 4 1/2", 8 1/2" squares.
- Scraps - Cut more 10" squares
- Make fabric storage box -
- Use Stash fabric FIRST
Health - 1) Growth Removal. Have appointment with specialist today.
Visiting - See friends at bowling league.
Acceptance - Whatever this growth is, do what is necessary to get rid of it.
House - Declutter one area.
Your list is plenty big enough for this week. I have been trying not to buy any fabric but a sale sucked me in the other day and I bought some fabric for the backs of quilts - only about 7 yards. There was one orange skull fabric I had used in the past and it made a great backing for a Harley quilt so I had to buy it as I know I will be making another Harley quilt.
