Halloween Graduation Quilt - time for more batting |
This week will be a slow week b/c I am still feeling a bit under the weather. Exercise will be back on the schedule starting Tuesday and we will see how that affects the problem areas. I plan on sewing on SS2, HGQ and doing my Block Swap block. As for Judy L.'s March UFO #8, well, it will live as a UFO until SS2, HGQ, & SBQ are done as will most of my UFO's. I really need to finish these three quilts.
On the 23rd, I have a Bargello class with Dorinda Evans which should be interesting since I have never done one before. The class jelly roll has too many mediums so I am going to cut some darks from my stash to compliment it. Thinking this will be another probable UFO for next year!

"Why do you blog?" My blog is my journal and I go back to read how my life has changed although it feels the same. It definitely isn't for the comments b/c the lack thereof would suggest that my life is boring which it is. I love comments and have made some great friends-one who is like a long lost sister . "Why do you read blogs?" I read other blogs b/c I am a people watcher living in a small community w/o a place to watch people unless you go to the local casino. LOL
Someone ordered rain but forgot that others were also ordering so it has been pouring cats & dogs since yesterday. I don't mind the rain if I have washed clothes but all the loads were not finished Saturday.
Please turn off that faucet and decide on a temperature setting and keep it there. This cold/warm hot/cool is not working!
Lator Gators! I am off to work on SS2 and HGQ! Keep making Lemonade from Life's Lemons!
I hope you feel better soon! Maybe you need to put the quilts away for a few days while you work on another project. It's easy to get tired of doing the same thing.
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Arkansas!
What pretty works in progress! I know how it is to tire of working on them after awhile, but they will sure be gorgeous when they're done! Best of luck, and I hope you're feeling better soon! :)
