I am planning a purchase this next week. Patty sent me some beautiful vintage bowties and 9 patches. Thanks so very much, Patty! I am going get some cheddar to sash them. As for the 9 patches, well, my warped mind is thinking that there are enough to make a nice sized top if combined with a deep cream. Cutting vintage blocks to make a ziggy is unbelievable! I told you they were additive!
Lator Gators! I have a retreat to get ready for, taxes to prepare, and it is my anniversary on this Tax Day...DH has managed to survive 13 years putting up with my warped mind! Keep making Lemonade from Life's Lemons.
Gee whizz!! I love the ziggies!! It looks fabulous. And you have enough for THREE!
ReplyDeleteThose bowties will look just perfect with cheddar. That is my new favorite color.
And I kinda like that black and red pile as well.....but there is little I DON'T like!!

Love those ziggys! I don't blame you for making more and more!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary to you and the Mister!
Happy Anniversary! I hope to get back to blogging soon, made a hexagon today, take care and enjoy the lemonade, make it sweet:)
ReplyDeleteI wondered if all was well with you and yours. How's your adventure with Quikter's Academy?
DeleteYour ziggy is adorable - 9 patches are my favorite block ever. So funny that your DH claims your quilts - mine could care less, just a "that's nice, what's it for?" Can't wait to see what you do with the vintage blocks.
