Goal 1: UFO/PhD list for January
1) Sammie's quilt - needs borders, hand quilting in Neon threads, make/apply binding, and make/apply label. Backing is made!
2). Garden Maze quilt - Make binding strips, hand-bind, and label.
3) Tom Kat quilt - Make binding strips, handbind, sew down face, mouse, hole, ball, & label.
4) MES's crib quilt - quilted, labeled, and bound. (Going to Belinda today)
5) Wanda's red quilt - Add border, and make backing, binding,

Goal 2: Organization of studio
1) Put all fabrics on bookcase.
2) Clean den for 30 minutes at a time with goal of 60 minutes a week in Feb. doing this will give me a bigger studio space! Hopefully weather will be nice on weekends for me to do this.
3) set up a bookcase in Den/new studio to hold fabric.
Goal 3: New Skills/ NewFO
1) Make and TRIM receiving blankets for MES(dear great grand daughter soon to be born)
2)Sewing Machine blocks
3) Uneven Log Cabin blocks
4) Mini Lone Star
Now that I am teaching again with working on Saturdays at LQS, and having lesson plans, paper grading while leaving house at 6:15am and coming home at 5pm, completing all steps in these goals in such a short month seems lofty. If I manage to finish one step from each goal, I will be happy, happy, happy!

oh I know what you mean. I work full time and get home about 7 which doesn't leave me much time to make stuff! I think you should pluck up the courage to try quilting, it's not so hard.
