Reduction/Enhancement YTD10.7/12  yards (still not counting scraps or donated parts on the IN column) Cheryl sent me home with vintage Dresden plate parts.
Still hoping the red wedding quilt will be quilted soon and I will be in the black by year's end.
Health Home health visits for wound care and media port have started. Physical therapy and occupational therapy deemed unnessary! Meda port has been inserted and now waiting for strong chemo every 3 weeks with to start. Then possibly surgery to remove what is left.
My normal has changed again. Please say a small prayer that things settle well.
My daily companions (2 mixed sisters - 1 taking after larger mom and the second taking after small dad) eat, potty, play/fight, nap, repeat. We are babysitting Liberty, the brown one (3.7 lbs), and LeiLei, the black/white (2.4lbs), will be ours. They have to have a shoe out no matter how many times I save them. Me-New is still leaving the area after giving them a good hissing talk.
My projects are all long term projects using scraps and strings.
1. Gift/Charity Project - Fabric Wallets: Four 6" squares per wallet with leftover string-4 done with 2 more waiting.
2) New Project (SQUIRREL)  - Piccadilly Circus by Kelli Hanken and Jo Kramer. One 12" red, white and blue block made. Working on September block - leaves with olive greens and browns.
4) Stalled Project(s)  - Boxes of Strings by The Electric Abuela: 16 blocks made. On hold until more papers and black triangles are cut. Loosey Goosey 3" blocks: 2 blocks made! Need to print paper piecing units.
6) Stash Management/Organization
  • Limit purchases -Use Fabric Stash FIRST for all projects.
Lator Gators. I am off to wake up my muse.
