Outside my window... dawn breaking in beautiful colors.
I am listening to... heater running while drinking my hot "T-Pop" coffee. Where oh where is that warm weather?
One of my favorite things... learning new skills and perfecting old skills. DGD#5 taught me about "Teen Brain" last night. They now have a name for behaviors teachers/parents have known about for decades!
One of my least favorite things... struggling with DGD#5's school work. She fights about doing her work claiming not to understand but not asking for help until it is too late. An example of "Teen Brain!" that drives me crazy!
I am missing... driving my truck and visits with my friends - one just had back surgery.
I am planning... on cooking liver and onions with grits this weekend. Beef liver and Vitamin B12 are suppose to promote platelet growth. So trying to raise the count this way.
I am remembering ... slowly how to do accurate cutting. Next I will practice accurate piecing. Being able to accomplish both, keeps the RIPPER away! LOLI am planning... on cooking liver and onions with grits this weekend. Beef liver and Vitamin B12 are suppose to promote platelet growth. So trying to raise the count this way.
I am wondering... if this will be the week I resume chemo treatments. Can't banish the Cancer cells without taking those treatments! Unless cutting is involved and I don't want that!
I am thinking... going to like the warm weather predicted for this weekend. I am planning on being outside if it gets as warm as they claim it will be. Maybe even going fishing or visiting!
I am deciding... on which machine to use to sew next clue. Do I set up another vintage or my Phaff? You would think that with all the machines I own I would have at least 2 set up ready all the time. Oh, I do -- in the studio! Now to set up 2 in the house.
I am waiting impatiently... to hear from the insurance company. Also to hear if DGS#9 got the job.
I am always thankful for... God's blessing and love, my husband, DGS#9, daughters, grandchildren, and friends. Without these, life would not be worth living!
