I finished the back of the orange quilt for J&B. The yard I bought last week was too short so I had to buy 1.5 yards more to make that back. Now I have a yard of bright tangerine in my stash. The back came out really modern looking!

Thursday was Glenda's bday and I bought her the Squedge ruler as her present but she was unable to pick it up on Thursday. DD#1 showed the table runner she made with the ruler and someone wanted one so I sold the one I had since I knew there were 2 at the shop. Friday, I showed the table runner to a group of quilters who were retreating at ABC and the next thing I know they are at the shop buying the fabric and rulers so I ended up with no present for Glenda. New plan was needed! There was a pattern that just struck me as Glenda so I got that and 2 yards of Stonehenge with it. Moral of this story: If you snooze, I sell! The good thing is that we ordered 10 more rulers of each size: 15, 18, and 22. Glenda will get one when they come it as a belated bday gift.
GET IT DONE goals:January:1) Finish DD#1's dress - just need invisible zipper and hems.
2) Make carry bag for DD#2 Complete backing for DGD#2's quilt
3)
Other Goals:
1) Work on Orange quilt DONE, organizer, and 2 bag kits for J&B.
2) Make new purse for self
3) Add borders to CA#1 top
4) Use Handiquilter to quilt Bears and Orange Quilt
Lator Gators! I am off to bowl in the Louisiana Women's State Tournament. I am one of the women who bowl to help the prize fund grow. LOL
So after enriching my stash with those gorgeous Stonhenge beauties, how did you do at bowling? Did you win the $1,000,000?
