A Post a Day Keeps the Blues Away! Day 7

   Today we drive to BR for visit to another doctor. Hopefully, this news will be better than the others. I got up early to sew my 15 minutes times 2, but again as soon as i sat down to take my meds LeiLei jumped on my lap and snuggled. Finally, she warmed up and I pieced for 15 minutes. I'll cut those apart and prep more blocks later this evening.
     When we get back from BR, I will add to this post.

  Well, news from Dr. King was very encouraging! My tumor is still soft and shrinking. She commented over and over that I was looking and walking so much better. She said that my pain seemed so much less. She lifted all my restrictions unless there was a change in how I am feeling. Resting and healthy eating helps bringing up platelets, but listenng to your own body does more according to Dr. King. 
     The ride back included a long trip to Lafayette. That trip took all my great feelings away. The good news is that my usual pain level is quite a bit lower.
All in all it was a great day.
